A perfect compliment to Bootcamp or as a stand-alone class, Emily’s Core and Stretch class is designed to strengthen your core and increase range of motion. The Core and Stretch class is not to be confused with just your average ab workouts; this class works every angle of your core – the area between your neck and hips – and lengthens your muscles. Mainly mat work, this class will improve posture, decrease joint pain and help prevent injury as a strong core and flexible muscles is your foundation to great health.

Days: Tuesdays

Time: 6am

Cost: $100 for 6 weeks (just $75 for Bootcampers).
